She doesn’t know that Officer Steele can see her through the security cameras, so he brings her in and holds her for questioning. Like any teen who would attempt this, Rylee is acting like a brat, pretending she’s innocent and claiming she doesn’t have any stolen merchandise on her, but Officer Steele is a thorough investigator and he goes to great lengths to ensure he’s doing his job.
